Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

The Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program at T.I.M.E. Organization Group offers vital mental health support, serving as an effective alternative to and preventive measure for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Our program caters to individuals with chronic mental illnesses, guiding them towards independence within their community by focusing on life skills development and offering moderate to intensive support.

Emphasizing a personalized approach, our program enables adult clients to set their own goals and create actionable plans to achieve them. The clinical team, led by a Program Director and supported by Licensed Rehabilitation Specialists and Rehabilitation Coordinators, ensures a consistently safe and therapeutic environment for each participant.

Our comprehensive range of services includes:

Our service delivery focuses on maintaining optimal mental and physical health, offering specialized groups, crisis intervention, medication education, safety monitoring, and evaluation of basic needs. We prioritize independent living skills management, conduct ongoing progress assessments, and emphasize discharge planning and relapse prevention.

Throughout the duration of services, clients benefit from at least six visits a month from our rehab coordinator, each lasting an hour. Quarterly reassessments ensure treatment plans are continually aligned with current service needs.

Referral Steps

All potential clients MUST be referred by a licensed therapist.

Upon receipt of the referral our rehab specialist will visit the home and conduct a mental health /daily living assessment.

The treatment plan will be designed based on the client’s diagnosis and assessment information; within 48 hours a rehab counselor is assigned to the client to begin services.

All adults must have a priority population diagnosis.
